Service user experiences of perinatal mental health services in Croydon - August 2019

Healthwatch services for Croydon have been under management by Public Voice CIC since July 2023, following a re-tender process by Croydon Council.

All reports before this date relate to work undertaken by the previous contract holder, Healthwatch Croydon Ltd.

Every day, we work to make sure the experiences of local people help improve health and social care services across Croydon. During 2025/26, we listened to hundreds of residents, worked with partners across the borough, and ensured that people's voices influenced decisions about the services they rely on. Our Annual Report highlights the difference local feedback has made over the past year and showcases the work we have undertaken to champion the views of Croydon residents.
