Your local pharmacy plays a bigger role in your health than you might think. From picking up prescriptions to getting trusted advice without a GP appointment, pharmacies are often the first stop for everyday healthcare needs. Now, we want to hear about your experiences so services can be shaped around what really matters to Croydon residents.
This survey is to understand your experience of using your local community pharmacy. We would like to know more about how you use the pharmacy, how you access their services, and the overall experience.
