Croydon Councils updates Joint Local Health and Wellbeing Strategy (2024-2029)
Croydon Council have refreshed the Joint Local Health and Wellbeing Strategy (2024-2029).

This strategy will attempt to ensure Croydon residents maintain good mental health, support resident to 'sleep, eat and have heat', support children and young people and older populations groups. The aims will be supported by the local integrated partnership networks and the wider community reducing health inqualities across the borough.
The strategy has been informed by the work Healthwatch Croydon conducted in 2024 consulting with local stakeholders and residents on health inequalities. Where key findings included systematic inconsistencies in service delivery, barriers to access and prevalent discrimination and mistrust system wide.
