Focus Group: Frailty and Wellbeing Support

Do you live in Central West or Central East Croydon, or support or care for someone who does?

Healthwatch Croydon invites you to be part of a friendly Frailty and Wellbeing Support focus group discussion. 

We are looking for people living in:

• Central West: Broad Green, Fairfield, Addiscombe West, Selhurst, Waddon and South Croydon
• Central East: Woodside, Shirley, Addiscombe East and Park Hill

This is an opportunity for you to have your say about staying well and independent and to help us understand the support you or someone you care for may need when becoming frail.

We want to hear about:

• What helps you or the person you care for stay well and independent
• Your experiences of accessing care and support
• What local services could offer to better support you and those who care for you.

You do not need to have used the Neighbourhood Frailty or Wellbeing Teams to take part.

Taking part is voluntary, and your name will not appear in our report. Your feedback will help inform the development of local wellbeing and frailty support across Croydon.
