What we do with your data
Your comments will be stored in line with our data protection policy and will be analysed to find key information, that will support research and proposals to be considered by key decision-makers of Croydon's healthcare such as the Croydon Healthcare NHS Trust, Clinical Commissioning Group and Health and Wellbeing Board.
