Read Carole's experience of volunteering with Healthwatch Croydon.

"I have enjoyed  meeting people from all walks of life while doing outreach. With Healthwatch Croydon, we have gone into a fair number of Healthcare settings, Pharmacy's, A+E, Out-patient Dept., Dentists to name just a few, getting feed back from patients, some good, some not so good.
I have also enjoyed  helping Data Analysis (Thematic Analysis), which I found both enjoyable and very interesting seeing trends on different categories.

The value I think Healthwatch brings to the community is that we try to influence better services for residents in Croydon.

Healthwatch Croydon does different projects throughout the year to try to improve Health Services in the Croydon Area as we are a patient voice."
