At the PGDC, we possess both a wealth of personal experience and training in counselling. We offer a variety styles and techniques of therapy to ensure our approach/s is/are tailored to your personal needs.
We provide support through both short and long-term counselling. We also offer a therapeutic space to provide you with the opportunity to be the focus, in order for you to grow and gain new and refreshed perspective of your circumstances to bring change to every aspect of your life.
We work within the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework.

We are integrative counsellors and use various counselling approaches including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt approach. We will use the appropriate counselling approach/es to meet your individual needs.
All our counsellors are professionally trained, insured and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) We provide short-term or long-term therapy.
At The PGDC we offer affordable ways of accessing counselling and psychotherapy within the community through our low-cost service if you are on benefits or a low income.
