South West London Integrated Urgent Care Service
Healthcare commissioners in South West London are working together to integrate existing NHS 111 telephone and GP Out of Hours services
You are invited to come and hear more about plans to develop a new Integrated Urgent Care Service for South West London:

The NHS wants to make urgent care services more efficient and effective by bringing together the NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services across South West London (Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, Wandsworth).
This integrated service aims to make sure that you get the care and support you need, when you need it, and from a health professional with the right skills no matter where you live in the South west London area.
They want to talk to as many people as possible to make sure your thoughts, opinions and experiences can be used to inform how they develop this new service. The purpose of this event will be to:
• Share some of the clinical pathways which have been designed for the new service
• Test and refine these pathways before they are implemented
