NHS Announces new ‘Long Term Plan’
NHS announces a new ‘Long Term plan’ to cover the next 10 years, the measures have been put in place to reduce the likelihood and prevent occurrences of heart attacks, strokes and dementia cases. The long term budget sets out how the £20.5 billion budget focuses on building an NHS fit for the future by:
- enabling everyone to get the best start in life
- helping communities to live well
- helping people to age well
