Croydon residents influence presentation of new Health and Care Plan
Croydon’s CCG in recent months has put out plans about a proposal for a new Health and Care Plan under the branding of the ‘One Croydon Initiative’, which will affect the residents of Croydon. The plan will focus on providing a more integrated care plan with a focus on preventative care. From publically issued documents from the CCG, we wanted to find out through a public event what people’s initial thoughts were. In response to the event and in line with the publication of the proposed plans by One Croydon we have published a report which illustrates the views and opinion of what people think.
