We had a fun and educational time on Friday in our new roles working on the Healthwatch Croydon database, or CRM. The CRM is an abbreviation of the Customer Relationship Management System, software which is used to manage contacts, employees, patients and clients.
We have spoken to more than 350 Croydon residents at Croydon University Hospital alone during our regular outreach sessions, as you can imagine, it is quite a task to add all those conversations on to our CRM.
Working with our Volunteers makes that possible so huge thanks to them.
We really must thank Healthwatch Croydon’s Yinka too, who put the manual together and delivered the tutorial. We now have a new pool of Database savvy volunteers!
