On the 14th of October, Healthwatch Croydon had it Annual Meeting 2020, but this year was a little different. The current pandemic means that our meeting had to take place 100% online.
Luckily thanks to Zoom, this year we were able to ensure that we were able to get together key leaders in the community, both NHS and voluntary to ensure that key ideas were communicated and experiences were exchanged, in particular around how local services as staff coped with the challenges experienced with COVID-19.
We also spoke about the project we had conducted within the last year, as well as what we might be looking at in the year to come, as well as some videos experiences from our valued volunteers.
We filmed the entire meeting which is available to view here, as well as the video experiences that were shown during on the day.
