Listening Tour Community Engagement – Social Prescribing

We will be at Ashburton Hall tomorrow as part of our Listening tour 2018.

This time we will be joining a Croydon Community Group on their social Prescribing talks and discussional meetings.

What is social prescribing I hear you ask?  Social Prescribing is all about involving the community in their healthcare needs in order to ensure their health care needs are met in a way that takes into account the social economic, and environmental factors.
