Are you a resident of Croydon? Then we want to hear your views.
At present COVID-19 is affecting everyone, and we want to hear represent the patient voice. So whether you are a classed as a vulnerable person or you are a carer for another individual, everybody’s viewpoint counts. Finding out people experiences of health and social care services is of paramount importance that we can learn from what has gone right during this time period and what has gone wrong directly from the patient voice and not arbitrary statistics.
We hope that we never come across a pandemic like this again in the future, but if it does its work done by organisations like ourselves that can lend its learnings to key commissioners and decision-makers in Croydon.
