NHS England: Specialised prosthetics services patient survey (closes 19 Sep 2018)

NHS England are currently reviewing specialised prosthetics services, in order to ensure patients across the country can access high quality care. In addition to visiting patient groups across the country, we would like to hear from patients to hear how services are working and where we may need to do things differently.
