Your spotlight on local services

Are you a carer from African, Asian, Caribbean and mixed race heritage? Tell us your views on GP services.

04/07/2017

This summer, we are researching on how Croydon GPs have supported your health and wellbeing and in your caring role.

A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.

Tell us how GPs support your health, wellbeing and caring role.

Book a place at our Healthwatch Forum, fill in our survey (by 4 August) or call our Geraldine Bolam, our Community Engagement Manager on 020 8663 5632 or email geraldine.bolam@healthwatchcroydon.co.uk to book a one-to-one chat about your experiences.

We can only influence change by gaining your views.

You can read more about why we chose this issue on the Croydon Healthwatcher blog.
