Are you a carer from African, Asian, Caribbean and mixed race heritage?

Give us your views on how Croydon GPs have supported your health and wellbeing and in your caring role.

A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support. If this is you and you are African, Asian, Caribbean or mixed race heritage, we want to know how local GPs support your health, wellbeing and caring role. Book your place at our focus groups (interpretation services on hand).
